Delay notification and workaround process

People who are reporting a COVID positive RAT test today may have a delay in CCCM record creation. Ministry of Health is actively investigating the issue and working on a solution. The time delay from test to record creation is currently 6 hours.

If you urgently need the CCCM record created please call the Whanau HQ team on 0800 369 001. Alternatively you can email whqprobcase@nmf.nz with your details and request a call back.
