Temporary medical exemptions from mandatory vaccination

If a person is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and they think they might be eligible for a temporary medical exemption, their usual general practitioner or nurse practitioner can apply on their behalf. People cannot apply for an exemption for themselves.

The application may only be on the grounds that the person meets the specified exemption criteria.
