Functionality was recently deployed into CIR to support the generation of My COVID Record – Vaccine Pass and International Certificates directly from CIR. This has been enabled to assist in circumstances where a person, who meets the required criteria for a pass or certificate, is unable to access their Vaccine Pass or International Certificate from My COVID Record themselves.
The rate for printing these certificates is $10.00 (excluding GST) for all providers who have this functionality (access to the CIR). The fee is for each person that receives a My Vaccine Pass and/or an International Travel Vaccination Certificate (a person may ask for both). The fee includes the printing and emailing (if requested) of a My Vaccine Pass and /or International Travel Vaccination Certificate. Please note that if a person asks for a pass and a certificate on separate visits this is funded as separate events, as the person’s identification must be confirmed twice.
We have been liaising with the Ministry of Health’s CIR Team to determine whether we could extract data directly from the CIR for this activity. Unfortunately, the data fields required won’t be available through CIR until next year (exact date pending).

There is no need to invoice POAC. POAC will raise a Buyer Created Invoice and reimburse you on behalf of the metro Auckland DHBs.
The first payment will be made on 14 January 2021. Payments thereafter will be made with your normal vaccine payment.
