We regret to advise you that there is an unexpected problem with the POAC claiming system for COVID-19 case management.

This POAC system has been rapidly set up to meet the needs of COVID-19 case management funding. This does not affect the ability to initiate a POAC COVID-19 case and generate a case number in the usual way, but does affect the dropdown menu options for claiming. Thank you for your patience while the problem is urgently addressed.

We will let you know when the claiming options are available. Further information about the claiming process will also be provided soon to assist admin to complete claims.
