Influenza Vaccination Late Claims

We have been notified that a few practices may have not submitted their influenza vaccination claims on time and before the portal was closed and therefore have not been paid for work done.

In the event this may be the situation for your practice, please contact Erin – erin@aucklandpho.co.nz where she will assist where possible.

PHO Enrolment – behind the scenes

Enrolling a patient to a practice is an important (and can be a complex) process and incorrect information loaded into the PMS may have an impact on practice administration and funding, as well as a frustration for the patient.

We are pleased to publish an important resource for practices that provides all the necessary information for Practice Managers and Practice Administration staff to teach and/or understand everything there is to know about enrolling a patient PHO Enrolment “Behind the Scenes”.

We recommend that new staff (and those who may need a refresher) go through the information, which is presented in an easy read and follow format.

Please contact Erin@aucklandpho.co.nz if you would like her to present to your team or to a new staff member, or if you have any questions.
